Product Availability
We work very hard to provide you with unique, hand-crafted products. As a result, many of our products are only available in limited quantities, and, because of their limited availability, stock may not be refreshed, or they may require long production lead times. When an item is no longer available, we make every attempt to remove the product from the site in a timely manner. If an item is currently on back order, we make every attempt to include this information with the item on the site. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the availability of any product on this site.Appearance
Our products are hand-crafted from natural leather hide. Small color variations and leather particularities are a common feature of handmade leather goods. Each item will vary slightly from one to the other, making each one-of-a-kind in its own subtle way. We use mostly natural full grain leather hides. That means that lines, blemishes, scratches, natural variations in the leather texture and other "imperfections" may be visible because the hide came from an animal. We try to incorporate the "good" marks in artistic ways and minimize the visibility of the imperfections.We have attempted to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site. The actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Product Warranty
wolf river leather warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original ship date. During this period, wolf river leather will repair or replace defective items with new or reconditioned items at its option, without charge to you. wolf river leather's sole responsibility and liability under this Product Warranty, and your exclusive remedy, is expressly limited to the repair or replacement, at wolf river leather's option, of any defective product.This warranty covers only normal use of the product. wolf river leather not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from: (i) misuse, abuse, neglect and/or improper use, care or shipping; (ii) disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or electric current; or (iii) repair or alteration by anyone other than wolf river leather.
This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser. Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased.
The warranty and remedies set forth in these terms are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this Product Warranty. WOLF RIVER LEATHER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR CONFORMITY TO ANY REPRESENTATION OR DESCRIPTION, WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS PRODUCT WARRANTY PROVISION. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WOLF RIVER LEATHER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER IINCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY OF ITS PRODUCTS EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, WOLF RIVER LEATHER'S ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF USE WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusion or limitations may no apply to you and you may have additional rights.
